seems WiiWare is picking up again

Another upcoming WiiWare release has caught my eye: High Voltage Hot Rod Show, which is a simple racing game using the typical jumps and boost, while throwing in rings and tricks to earn that boost. I like simple arcade-y racing games, so I may pick this up, especially since it has 4-player multiplayer. I really can’t afford to have non-multiplayer games on my Wii, otherwise I may as well just sell the damn thing. =P
Speaking of racing games, it reminds me that back in September Burnout Paradise had a major title update, adding in motorcycles among other things like weather effects… I should really give it some play time. (The main reason I don’t is because it looks like utter crap on my CRT TV, so to play it I have to hook my Xbox up to my LCD monitor and that’s just a pain in the butt for a lazy girl like me.)
As I sigh, thinking about a new LCD TV…
