know what’s frustrating?

When you can’t even get your own company’s website to work. That’s frustrating. I’m glad I don’t have to work the customer service department for our website.

    Update: I e-mailed our customer support on that same day, January 28th, for assistance - when did I get a reply? February 11th. Beautiful.
